Object description
A quatrefoil tsuba (mokko-gata) with a wedge-shaped hole (nakago-ana) in the centre and a hole next to it (hitsu-ana) for kozuka. The flat surface of the tsuba contains an embossed design that depicts two hares between the reeds and the moon above on the front and a winding path or stream on the back.
